About the role

As a member of the Lovevery IT team, the ERP Analyst will be part of the team supporting our NetSuite business processes and integrations. This position will be integral to designing, building and testing system configuration in NetSuite as well as the integrations between our e-commerce, ERP and partner systems. Candidates will require technical and business experience to implement solutions for new and existing processes. Ideal candidate is an IT professional with NetSuite administration, business process and system integration experience, as well as experience with accounting concepts.


  • Be an administrator of the NetSuite ERP system and other integrated business systems - includes implementation, configuration, testing, and support
  • Handle the technical execution of new projects and day-to-day operations, monitor usage and recommend other key technologies required to support evolving requirements
  • Gather business requirements, create design documents and work with team members to test and implement changes to NetSuite and system integrations
  • Design, implement, monitor and support data integrations with internal and third party systems
  • Collaborate with various business teams to recommend and build solutions that satisfy complex business requirements and identify process improvements using new and existing tools within the NetSuite ecosystem
  • Troubleshoot integration errors and work with business and technical teams to provide timely solutions
  • As administrator and subject matter expert, manage end-user training, technical documentation, and policies and procedures for effective system use
  • Manage support requests and escalated administrative needs by providing prompt solutions to technical and data challenges


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or other relevant field
  • 3+ years of hands-on administration experience with NetSuite core functionality, including configuration, customization, and third party integrations in a e-commerce and manufacturing environment
  • 2+ years experience with ecommerce platforms, their processes and data (Shopify, Stripe) in a public company
  • 2+ years experience with iPaas solutions (Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft)
  • Proven experience eliciting requirements, creating design documents and creating test cases for system functionality
  • Experience with subscription management, warehouse management, fixed assets, and reporting/analytics capabilities
  • Proven experience with new ERP implementations and migrations
  • Background or experience in accounting within ERP systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service
  • Possess a creative and consultative mindset for problem solving
  • Working knowledge of ERP customization tools and scripting languages

Preferred Skills

  • Certified NetSuite administrator designation
  • Consulting background
