As we grow our company, the need for fresh, high quality, and effective creative continues to increase. Lovevery is looking for a Production Coordinator to plan and coordinate various aspects of production such as coordinating schedules, talent, directors and crew. The Production Coordinator will report to the Senior Creative Producer and work closely with the Creative team to oversee elements of pre-production, production and post-production, right up to release. The following attributes in a candidate are essential to success in this role:

  • Organization and Attention to Detail - Ability to prioritize and handle many projects at once while maintaining current knowledge of all Creative needs. This is a very important part of this role with many moving parts to
  • Project Management — Work ethic, responsiveness, and results orientation matter in every role at Lovevery. With everyone driving hard to achieve the company’s goals, it is critical to have strong project planning skills.
  • Collaboration — Work with Creative and stakeholders to execute production schedules
  • Communication — You are comfortable working with all business strategy managers throughout the creative process to meet objectives and timelines.
  • Time-management Skills — Producers must create a realistic production schedule and ensure that the production is running on time
  • Connection with children- Ability to interact with children, make them laugh, understand their developmental abilities, connect with families

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate daily with Creative team and stakeholders
  • Maintain high creative standards
  • Deliver complete pre-production checklists
  • Conduct meetings with teams to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained
  • Monitoring post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of details

Qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience with attention to details and organization
  • Proficiency in G Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proactive, with a high level of organization
  • Developing talent relationships
  • Upholding creative standards
  • Highly collaborative
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks at one time through excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
