About the role:

As a member of the Lovevery IT team, the Senior ERP Administrator will be responsible for the administration of Lovevery’s ERP system and supporting systems. This position will be integral to administering the order management, supply chain and accounting processes within our ERP ecosystem. Candidates will require technical and business experience to implement solutions for new and existing business processes. Ideal candidate is an IT professional with system integration experience and general experience with accounting concepts.


  • Be the administrator of the ERP system (SAP ERP, Oracle Cloud ERP, JD Edwards ERP, Netsuite) and other integrated business systems - includes implementation, configuration, testing, and support
  • Handle the technical execution of new projects and day-to-day operations, monitor usage and recommend other key technologies required to support evolving requirements
  • Implement, monitor and support data integrations with internal and third party systems
  • Collaborate with various business teams to recommend and build solutions that satisfy complex business requirements and identify process improvements using new and existing tools within the Lovevery ERP

  • As administrator and subject matter expert, manage end-user training, technical documentation, and policies and procedures for effective system use
  • Work with internal audit and technology compliance team members to adjust and enhance functionality and security to support compliance requirements
  • Manage support requests and escalated administrative needs by providing prompt solutions to technical challenges


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with ERP core functionality, including configuration, customization, and third party integrations in a e-commerce and manufacturing environment
  • Experience with subscription management, warehouse management,fixed assets, and reporting/analytics capabilities
  • Certified administrator designation
  • 3+ years experience with ecommerce platforms, their processes and data (Shopify, Stripe) in a public company
  • 3+ years experience with iPaas solutions (Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft)
  • Proven experience communicating and collaborating with individuals who possess a broad variety of technical and business knowledge
  • Proven experience with new ERP implementations and migrations
  • Background or experience in accounting within ERP systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service
  • Possess a creative and consultative mindset for problem solving
  • Working knowledge of ERP customization tools and scripting languages
