To deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, Lovevery needs to consistently produce premium quality products, with customer safety and satisfaction as top priorities.Lovevery is looking for a Boise-based Research Coordinator to support research across our physical and digital customer experience. Families are at the center of our company, and the insights that come from user research with families drive all aspects of our business. This is a vital role that helps us drive our research process within a fast-paced product development cycle.This candidate will report directly to the VP of Innovation.The following attributes in a candidate are essential to success in this role:

  • Collaboration and Communication—You’ll be working in a team where strong communication and collaboration are key to success. You are skilled at structured and complete communication, and you are comfortable articulating what needs to be done when things are ambiguous.
  • Good at Switching Modes—You are equally comfortable spending a majority of your day at a computer, jumping into a meeting, or heading off-site for active participant recruitment.

You love to interact with those from all different walks of life and provide them with a comfortable experience while they are participating in research with us.

Job Description:

  • Be the first point of contact for all Lovevery research participants. Build strong relationships with participants through clear and informative communication about the research process.
  • Maintain, refine and improve continuous efforts to recruit new research participants, including scheduling and tracking processes. Streamline, automate, and research new tools and processes where necessary.
  • Recruit participants through various and creative means, for example, using our customer database, via social media, or proactively recruiting “on the ground,” e.g., maintain a list of community events to attend, identify and visit organizations, staff a booth at an event, etc.
  • Maintain and improve a database of research participants, organized by key characteristics.
  • Liaison with our Legal team to manage our NDA process for research and ensure our recruiting process is compliant.
  • Schedule research sessions, including product testing, customer interviews, and focus groups.
  • Greet participants for research and make sure they are taken care of while they are with us. Manage participant sign-in process for onsite testing
  • Track and manage confidentiality agreements with product testers.
  • Manage research participant compensation.
  • Manage in-home product test distribution and track product testing samples.
  • Organize and manage product inventory, including prototypes and final products.
  • Assist with survey creation and distribution.
  • Balance “always on” research recruiting and scheduling with support for periodic large scale research projects.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, may need to participate in occasional evening or weekend recruitment events or opportunities.
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required due to interaction with children & families required in this position.

Qualifications and attributes:

  • 1-2 years of experience, project management experience preferred.
  • Extremely organized. Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and adept at tracking and reporting status to others.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to work and remain adaptable in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Natural team player.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Empathy and intuition for parents, caregivers, and young children.
  • Personable. You’ll be the face of Lovevery Research for many of our research participants.
  • Familiarity or experience working in Airtable, Zendesk, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, Typeform
